MEDICATION CLIENT COORDINATOR – QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:
-You must possess a current LPN license (or higher) with the State of Oregon.
-You must have experience with and a love for seniors
-You should have intimate knowledge of the medications commonly used for geriatric populations
-You are respectful, warm, and centered with excellent communication and critical thinking.
-You are organized, task oriented, detailed, able to prioritize daily work.
-You have a flexible work style, can adapt to changes, and thrive under pressure.
-You must have a current driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle. You will receive reimbursement for on-the-job mileage.
