MEDICATION CLIENT COORDINATOR – QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:

-You must possess a current LPN license (or higher) with the State of Oregon.
-You must have experience with and a love for seniors
-You should have intimate knowledge of the medications commonly used for geriatric populations
-You are respectful, warm, and centered with excellent communication and critical thinking.
-You are organized, task oriented, detailed, able to prioritize daily work.
-You have a flexible work style, can adapt to changes, and thrive under pressure.
-You must have a current driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle. You will receive reimbursement for on-the-job mileage.

JOB OBJECTIVES:

-Manage the medication regimens for our med admin clients including doctor’s orders, medication administration records, and loading client pill boxes or medi-sets in their homes.
-Work closely with the Director of Client Services and lead RN to ensure accurate, safe, and appropriate medication administration for our clients who have given us full responsibility for their medications.
-Provide formal in-office medication trainings for our CAREGivers as well as client-specific trainings with CAREGivers in the field.

-Take service inquires by phone and engage in a consultative sales process.
-Conduct pre-service assessment, accept service deposits, and start new clients on service. 
-Retain clients through a regular quality assurance program. 

-Consult with the client care team. Add value through your specific knowledge and clinical perspective that comes from the education, training, and experience of being a Licensed Practical Nurse.

SCHEDULE, COMPENSATION, AND BENEFITS:
-This position will be a 40 hour per week opportunity (8am to 5pm, with 1 hour lunch).
-$20 per hour or higher depending on experience
-Around $2,000 available per year in performance bonuses
