OVERVIEW:
-Job Title: Service Coordinator - Scheduler
-Job Function: Assigning and managing schedules for in-home caregivers and agency clients.
-Compensation: $17 - $20 per hour (adjusted for experience). Plus Kaiser Health Insurance and up to $4K in annual bonuses.
-Location: This position works out of the bright, spacious, new Beaverton Home Instead location.

EXPERIENCE, TRAITS, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
-At least one year professional scheduling experience...preferably in a home care agency setting. 
-Organized, task oriented, and analytical with a strong mind for logic and recall. 
-Able to prioritize and manage daily workload of self while also supervising the work of other schedulers.
-Warm, welcoming communication style. Friendly. Gracious. Approachable. You are a "connector." 
-Confidence from within. Centered. Mature.
-Flexible work style. Adaptable to changes. Thrives under pressure. 

JOB OBJECTIVES:
-Build warm, effective relationships with our CAREGivers as well as with clients and their families. 
-Oversee scheduling for the entire CAREGiver workforce. Provide positive leadership, mentoring, and support for company employees.
-Help grow the business by increasing service hours through smart scheduling.
-Regularly monitor and confirm CAREGiver availability for semi-monthly service periods. 
-Respond quickly in building schedules for new clients or modifying schedules for existing clients as needed. 
 
SCHEDULE, COMPENSATION, AND BENEFITS:
-This position will be a 40 hour per week opportunity. Tuesday through Saturday schedule. 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a one hour lunch.
-Compensation: $17 - $20 per hour (adjusted for experience)
-$4,000 available per year in performance bonuses
-90-day training period.
